Frequently asked questions

01 How long does it take to onboard someone?
The average timeline for onboarding is 30-60 business days, depending on funding allotments for your reserve account, crucial documentation including I-9 submissions, and if your organization is a new or existing partnership.

In addition, no matter where you live or where life takes you, PPF can direct your giving to qualifying charities or mission-driven program expenses worldwide. PPF provides transparency with continuous access to your charitable project’s account and a dedicated project management team to assist you.  PPF vets all charities before processing donations and requires appropriate proof before fundraising, expense reimbursements, or charitable invoice payments are processed.

Employees will be paid semi-monthly.
To ensure timely and uninterrupted payroll processing, we require all clients to fund a reserve account equivalent to four pay periods. Because we pay employees on a semi-monthly basis, this reserve covers approximately two months of payroll obligations. The reserve acts as a safeguard to protect employees from delays due to funding gaps and helps maintain compliance with employment and wage regulations.

No, there is no limit to the number of employees your organization can onboard.

Only full-time (30 hours per week) employees qualify for health benefits.
