DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS

Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.

Players Philanthropy Fund (“PPF”) is a Texas nonprofit corporation with federal tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID: 27-6601178).  Contributions to PPF qualify as tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

STATE CHARITY REGISTRATIONS

PPF is registered as a charity in all states, with only 41 of them requiring a state solicitation license. This allows our clients to conduct their fundraising and mission-driven programming nationwide!
